Day Four of Weight loss Challenge ? Fourth of July | Where to Start ...

Struggling with wanting to weigh myself. I usually weigh myself several times a day. I need to let go and relax about it so I am making the commitment to only weigh myself on Sunday mornings for my five week challenge. It will be a good exercise fore me to do.
I have to be honest, i don?t know exactly how many calories i had today. It was more than I wanted to have, but way less than i normally do.
I got in 900 calories of working out. We rode our bikes in to the studio, did a high
intensity circuit training and rode home.
Food was a healthy BBQ. We grilled chicken, shrimp, veggies, and peaches. I didn?t realize how delicious grilled peaches are. I added a dollop of cool whip and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It?s probably my new favorite dessert. We served small grilled red potatoes too.
My sister-in-law made an amazing trifle that i had a little more of than i wanted, but it was good. I ate till i was full but I don?t feel i overate. I also had some beers and finished the night with wine, but i drank slower and less than usual and also drank lots of water. I feel good about the day.

End of day 4; 31 days to go!
